Well, I was looking for a fun way to improve my fitness and help shed a few pounds, and I’ve found it. I just signed up for a nine-week course in ballroom and Latin American dancing for beginners which starts at the end of the month – I can hardly wait!
I figured I’d have way more fun doing this than I would at an aerobics or yoga class, and it’s a skill I’ll be able to use, theoretically, at some point, say at weddings or parties or whatever – it’s always nice to be graceful on the dance floor! I know the bare basics of some styles, but I’m looking forward to learning more and learning some new steps too.
This is going to be fun!
