Week 13 was about avoiding all artificial ingredients including, but not limited to: sweeteners, flavors and colors. This part of the challenge was incredibly easy for me as I do not add any of these things to my food (most of which is cooked from scratch) and I already actively avoid most things that have them as ingredients too. I drink no diet soda (or even regular soda), I don’t eat luridly-coloured things – I prefer them au natural, so I barely even had to think about it at all this week!
When you don’t have to think about it, you know you’re doing it right, so I feel very good about this week!
