This week’s challenge was all about deep fried and fast foods, so I found it incredibly easy, as a) I don’t have a deep fat frier and don’t even do it in a pan, and b) we rarely get fast food.
As I make pretty much everything from scratch, it was no problem for me to avoid fast food, and as I have an abhorrance of places like MacChickenKing (I won’t even name them properly as I dislike them so much!) it’s rarely even on my radar.
We do occasionally have fish and chips (well, we are British, after all!), which would have been both fast and fried, but we just didn’t have them this week.
