Time is cracking on. I’ve officially finished my festive shopping and am putting the finishing touches on my final handmade gift, so all I have to do now is find a few moments to finish wrapping everything.
The other day, we sat down with Tadpole to write his letter to Santa Claus. This is the first time he’s done it and he wasn’t confident enough to write the whole thing himself, but we convinced him it had to be signed by a child to make the magic that would send it to the North Pole to reach Santa in his workshop. Tadpole then realised that Button is too little to sign his own name, and worried that his letter might not get there, so he decided to write his name at the bottom of his letter for him – what a kind boy!
Hubby wrote the body of the letters, but Tadpole dictated what should go into them and then carefully wrote the names at the bottom:
